BROWN and Henrietta BROWN, late GENTRY, daughter of Joseph GENTRY dec'd to Samuel J. GENTRY and William T. GENTRY, all of the County of Bullitt, State of Kentucky for and in consideration of the sum of three hundred dollars / one hundred and ninety one dollars eight cents of which is paid in hand, two notes of even date herewith for 54.46 Cents each, the first due in Twelve and the other in Eighteen months hath granted, bargained and sold a tract of land in Bullitt County on Floyds Fork containing one hundred and ninety four acres more or less the one seventh part of said tract and undivided as aforesaid and subject to the widow's dower being the same tract owned by Joseph GENTRY, dec'd who is the father of said Henrietta BROWN.
