Deed Book L p. 315 James BISHOP and Malinda his wife, James GOOD and Emily his wife, Tipton GENTRY, Miranda GENTRY, Louisa GENTRY, Seaton GENTRY & Martin GENTRY, heirs and representatives of Martin GENTRY dec'd by Noah C. SUMMERS, Commissioner appointed for them for that purpose of the one part to William GRAHAM of the second part. Witnesseth: that whereas in the suit in chancery in the Bullitt Circuit Court in the name of William GRAHAM agt. said Martin GENTRYs heirs the said court did by its decree thereon 3 April 1848 order and decree that the Defendants said Martin GENTRY's heirs should on or before the 5th day of the term convey by special warranty deeds the tract of land in Exhibit B. B. mentioned filed in said suit (being the tract of land on Floyds Fork in Bullitt County, part of a survey of POPE & PATTON and contracted by said Martin GENTRY to be conveyed to said Wm. GRAHAM by bond filed dated 17 Nov 1837 and in default of said GENTRY's heirs to make said conveyance of s'd land described in s'd exhibit to said GRAHAM N. C. SUMMERS was appointed commissioner to convey said land. Wherefore in consideration of the premises and the sums named in bond of GENTRY to GRAHAM 17 Nov 1837 the said parties of the first part have sold and conveyed to William GRAHAM the said tract of land and bounded as follows: Beginning at the fork on the original line and so to run as to include the spring below Robert AMOS' and run between the school house and said AMOS' to leave the school house within the land of said GENTRY 250 or 300 yards to Floyds fork and with the fork to the original line.
