POPE was appointed Commissioner to make said Conveyance and Whereas the said John GENTRY, Wyett GENTRY and David PARIS and Elizabeth his wife herein failed to make Said Conveyance as by the Decree directed. in the application of the said Martin GENTRY This Indenture therefore made this 16 January 1828 Between the said George F. POPE Commissioner as aforesaid of the one part to said Martin GENTRY of the other part that for and on behalf of the said John GENTRY, Wyatt GENTRY, and David PARRIS and Elizabeth his wife and the said decree that conveyed all the right title and Interest in the following tracts of land situate lying and being on Floyds Fork being in the County of Bullitt, one tract containing One hundred and fifty Acres, the other adjoining the above bounded by Wales run ... from the original line of the division between John DUNN and MERIWETHER and LUCKETT containing One hundred and Fifty acres. signed George F.
