Deed Bk C p. 218 Alexander KING, Nicholas GENTRY and Richard LOVELACE, Executors of David HALL deceased and specialy appointed by the testator for the purpose of conveying certain tracts of land of the one part and Simeon HARRIS and John CLARK of the other part all of the County of Bullitt and State of Kentucky that the said Alexander KING, Nicholas GENTRY and Richard LOVELAS relinquish all their right of title, Interest and claim to a certain tract or parcel of land situate laying and being in the County of Bullitt and on the waters of McCullucks run and being part of James McCULLUCK's settlement and preemption of fourteen hundred acres... by estimation one hundred and twelve acres. F p.8 John GENTRY and Rhody GENTRY his wife of the County of Bulllit and State of Kentucky of the one part to Enoch LEITCH of the County and State aforesaid that for and in consideration of the sum of five hundred Dollars to them in hand paid have granted bargained and sold a certain tract or parcel of land situate lying and being in the County and state aforesaid Beginning at a Sycamore on the bank of Salt river the lower corner of John GENTRY's survey thence with GENTRY's line... to the original division line of TERRELL & HAWKINS. F p. 15 James ALEXANDER, Sheriff of Bullitt County, State of Kentucky of the one part and Austin HALL of the same County and State of the other part. Witnesseth: That whereas the 19 Jan 1825 there issued from the Clerk's office of Bullitt Circuit Court the following Execution No 1169 towit: The commonwealth of Kentucky to the Sheriff of Bullitt County. Greetings. we command you that of the estate of Nicholas GENTRY and Edward McDADE, late of your bailewick you cause to be made the sum of eighty four dollars with interest thereon at the rate of six per cent per annum from the 24 day of December 1823 all paid, which Austin HALL lately in our Bullitt Circuit Court recovered against them for debt also eleven dollars forty seven and one half cents adjudged to him for his costs by him in his behalf executed whereof the said Nicholas GENTRY and Edward McDADE are convict as appears to us of records, and that you have the said $84 interest and $4.47 1/2 cents before the Judge aforesaid Court at the Court house in Shepherdsville on the 12th day of March next to render the said Austin HALL the sums aforesaid and have them there this writ witness George F. POPE clerk of our said Court at the Court house aforesaid this 19th day of January 1825 and in the 33 year of the Commonwealth. (signed) George F. POPE Which execution was on the 22 day of January 1825 delivered unto the hands of William CALDWELL, Deputy Sheriff for James ALEXANDER, Sheriff aforesaid and as appeared by his endorsement thereon as follows towit Came to hands the 22 Jan 1825 at twelve O'clock Wm. CALDWELL D. S. for James ALEXANDER at S. B. C. By virtue of execution did levy the Same on lots No. 23, No. 41 & 71 in the Town of Mount Vernon in the County aforesaid and advertised to sell the same on the premises 11 March 1825 at a Credit of three months by advertisement at the Court house door in Shepherdsville and elsewhere on a Court day ... and did sell the same for the Sum of forty one Dollars and fifty Cents at a credit of three months and Austin HALL became the purchaser of lot No. 71 he being the highest bidder , Lot No. 23 went to John ALEXANDER for the sum of twenty Dollars, also Lot # 41 to Daniel RENTCH became the purchaser for the sum of Ten Dollars, also lot No. 71 and Austin HALL the Plaintiff in this execution became the purchaser for Eleven Dollars and fifty Cents from which deduct three Dollars and Seven cents Sheriffs Commission and fee for bonds which leaves thirty eight Dollars and forty nine Cents to be credited upon this execution. Witnesseth that for and in consideration of the sum of Eight hundred dollars to him in hand paid hath granted bargained and sold a certain tract or parcel of land situate and laying and being in the County of Bullitt on Floyds fork containing one hundred and fifty acres being the one half of a three hundred acre survey patented in the name of Richard WOOLFOLK and Samuel BELL.
