Deed Book F p. 308 Wyatt GENTRY and Barbara his wife, Nicholas GENTRY and Barbara his wife and John HALL and Jinny his wife of the County of Bullitt and State of Kentucky of the one part to Martin GENTRY of same... that for and in consideration of the sum of Three hundred Dollars to him in hand paid do grant bargain and sell unto the said Martin GENTRY his heirs One moiety or undivided half part of a certain tract or parcell of land containing by survey one hundred and Eighty two acres situate lying and being in the said County of Bullitt on Floyds Fork and which tract of one hundred and eighty two acres is bounded by the east bank of Floyds Fork, the line of POPE and PATTON's 1400 acres, Martin GENTRY's corner, a beech at a Spring on the bank of Floyds Fork opposite SMITH's... being the same undivided moity or half part of one hundred and Eighty two acres of land conveyed by James ALEXANDER, Commissioner for and on behalf of William MEREWATHER by deed bearing date 20 August 1825 and recorded in the Clerk's office of the Bullitt Circuit Court reference being thereto more fully appear (signed) Wyatt GENTRY Nicholas GENTRY John HALL (spaces are left under each name with seals as though the wives were to sign but did not) Recorded 20 Feb 1826 Bullitt Co.
