24 March 1829  Bullitt County Deed Bk G p.  71 Samuel GRAHAM, Stephen GRAHAM and John GRAHAM of Bullitt 
County Kentucky of the one part to John ANDERSON of the same County and state of the other part... that for 
and in Consideration of the sum of four hundred and Eighty Dollars to them in hand paid have given granted 
bargained and sold a certain tract or parcel of land situate lying and being in the County of Bullitt on 
the Waters of Brooks Run Containing fifty one acres being lot No. 2 of a tract containing by survey 255 
acres, being the same tract whereon Henry ANDERSON and the parties of the first part now live and bounded 
according to a plat of a Survey of said tract of land made by Whitledge OVERALL Surveyor of Bullitt County 
and now filed in the Clerks office of the Bullitt Circuit Court with the papers of the suit in Chancery in 
said Court in the name of GRAHAM's heirs against GRAHAM and GRAHAMs heirs against HORNBECK & Co. and which 
said lot of land no. 2 hereby conveyed includes the house where the said Samuel GRAHAM lately lived now 
Occupied by Henry ANDERSON, to them the said John ANDERSON his heirs and assigns forever, together with all 
& Singular the appurtenances with the said Tract of land belonging or in any wise appertaining to him the 
said John ANDERSON his heirs and assigns forever.
