O. GRANT of the second part, Witnesseth, that the said party of the first part in consideration of the sum of one hundred and eighty three ($183) dollars cash paid to said Bettie RIDGWAY and a like sum cash paid said Arabell RIDGWAY the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby sell, grant and convey to the party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, the following described property, viz: All their undivided interests in and to two tracts of land in Bullitt County, KY, to-wit: Being the land owned by Alfred GRANT at the time of his death. First tract of 9 1/2 acres reference for which is made to deed recorded in Deed Book V Page 631 Bullitt County Court Clerk's Office. Second tract of 20 acres reference for which is made to deed recorded in Deed Book Y Page 483 Bullitt County Court Clerk's Office. To have and to hold the same, with all the appurtenances thereon, to the second party his heirs and assigns forever, with covenant of General Warranty.
