GRANT party of the first part and Jessie GRANT and Irene PRATHER, Rosa PRATHER and Virgie GRANT parties of the second part all of Bullitt County, Kentucky- Witnesseth: That for and in consideration of love and affection the frist party hereby sells and conveys unto the second parties their heirs and assigns forever all title and interest owned by him in the following described land lying and being in Bullitt County Kentucky and bounded as follows- Beginning at a stone and beech corner to ROOKSBY's in William CRUMBACKER'S line and with the same N36 E38 2/5 poles to the corner of lot No 5 and with the same N36 E40 poles to a stake corner to lot No 3 and with the same N55 W74 poles to a red oak S36 W54 2/5 poles to a dead beech ROOKSBY's corner and with his line S34 1/2 W25 poles to a stone S58 E74 poles to the beginning containing 34 1/2 acres more or lesss being the same land purchased by deed of August 20 1887 from John GILMORE etc to Laura GRANT and recorded in Deed Book No 26 page 419 in the Bullitt County Clerk's Office- To have and to hold unto the second parties their heirs and assigns forever- In testimony whereof, witness the signature of the grantor this day and date above written. TILDEN, Clerk of the Bullitt County Court in the State aforesaid, certify that the foregoing deed was this day produced to me in my ofice and acknowledged by W.O.
