15 Jan 1801 Reuben KEMP and Marcy his wife of the County of Hardin, State of
Kentucky to Joseph HIBBS of the County of Nelson, state of aforesaid... for 
and in consideration of the sum of sixty nine pounds, twelve shillings to 
them in hand paid... hath granted, bargained and confirmed to said Joseph 
HIBBS a certain tract or parcel lying in the County of Hardin on a branch 
running into Mill Creek on the North Side about one mile above Hynes Lick 
containing one hundred and sixteen acres more or less.

21 Nov 1804 Walter MUDD and Vilender his wife of Hardin Co. State of KY to 
Joseph HIBBS of Nelson Co. KY .. for and in consideration of the sum of 45 
pounds to them in hand paid ... do bargain grant and sell a parcel of land 
containing one hundred acres lying in Hardin Co. on the waters of Mill Creek, 
a branch of Salt River bordering Thomas WILLIAMS 200 acre survey.

21 Nov eighteen hundred and  ( blank space that they never filled in but was 
probably 1804) between Joseph HIBBS Jr. and Rachel his wife of the County of 
Nelson, State of Kentucky to William SCOTT of the County of Hardin, State 
aforesaid... for and in consideration of the sum of 25 pounds... a tract or 
parcel of land in Hardin Co. lying on the waters of Mill Creek, a branch of 
Salt River... standing on the point of a ridge bordering the Northwest corner 
of Thomas WILLIAM’s 200 acre survey ... 100 acres more or less.
