Deed Book C Thomas HOPEWELL of Bullitt County and Wilmouth his wife to John BECKWITH of same. For and in consideration of the love and affection they bear their son William HOPEWELL of said county and commonwealth aforesaid, for one Dollar to them in hand paid do grant, bargain, release and convey to the said John BECKWITH a certain tract of land lying in Bullitt County being the same conveyed by Thomas the 5th of December 1810 ... to have and to hold unto the said John BECKWITH and his heirs and assigns forever in trust that the said BECKWITH shall permit said Thomas and wife during their lives to enjoy the profits of said parcel of land for their benefit during their lives and after their death he will permit the said William HOPEWELL and his heirs and assigns to posess and occupy and enjoy the land with its appurtenances for his and their only use and benefit forever in trust that he will after the death of said Thomas and wife convey this warranty to the said William.
