Subject: Deed: HUFFMAN, GOLDSMITH, FRENCH, HARRISON, BAYNES

Bullitt County Deed Book M p. 26
Whereas Henry HUFFMAN,  Son of Elizabeth HUFFMAN and James HUFFMAN dec'd, 
died seized of a tract of 100 acres of land laying in Bullitt County joining 
Thos. BAYNES old tract and being part of HARRISON's  large tract on the 
Rolling fork - see deed from HARRISON's Hrs. to HUFFMAN on record in the 
Bullitt County Court office and said Henry HUFFMAN left no wife or children 
and left his said Mother and five brothers and sisters  as his heirs - his 
father, said James HUFFMAN,  having died before him - and his sister 
Elizabeth HUFFMAN one of the five heirs married William GOLDSMITH and they 
have sold their undivided interest in said tract of 100 acres of land to 
Benjamin FRENCH for the sum of Forty five dollars paid in hand.  This 
indenture made this 4th day of April 1850 between said William GOLDSMITH and 
Elizabeth his wife of Bullitt County, Kentucky to the said Benjamin FRENCH of 
the same place... have sold and conveyed their entire undivided one fifth 
part of said 100 acres of land.
