HOUGH of the County of Bullitt and State of Kentucky of the one part to WILLIAM COAL, a man of Colour of the County and State of the other part for and in consideration of the sum of ten dollars good and lawful money of the United States to them in hand paid hath granted bargained and sold a certain lot of ground in the Town of Mount Vernon in the County and State aforesaid South of South Tract and adjoining said Street and adjoining said Street and adjoining the School House lot in said Town known and designated on the plan as Number 69.
