HATFIELD, David HATFIELD, M. HATFIELD, Patsy HATFIELD, Kitty HATFIELD, Isabella HATFIELD, Alexander HATFIELD, Jonah HATFIELD, Rachael HATFIELD, Margaret HATFIELD, Mary BREWER and her husband William BREWER, and Phoebe YOUNG and her husband James YOUNG, heirs of Nathan HATFIELD, deceased who was one of the heirs of John HATFIELD deceased, being of Hardin County KY of the first part to Washington DAWSON of Bullitt County Kentucky of the second part. Witnesseth that the parties of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of Thirty dollars to them in hand paid have bargained and sold and by these presents doth bargain and sell and convey to the said DAWSON all their interest in a tract of land in Bullitt County Ky. lying on the waters of Wilsons Creek of about one hundred and Fifty acres and being the same land conveyed to John HATFIELD deceased by a commissioner of the Bullitt Circuit Court in the case of John HATFIELD against James SAMUELS heirs. And the parties of the first part covenants to warrant the title to the said interest against all claims. Recorded Bullitt County KY Court 12 June 1849 with the added note that Jane HATFIELD, the wife of within named Nathan HATFIELD dec'd this day personally appeared before us who being examined as the law directs relinquished her right of dower to the premises hereby conveyed.
