Bullitt Co. KY Deed Book B p. 358  Know all men by these presents that we Austin HALL and 
Margaret HALL, formerly Margaret LEWIS, both of Bullitt County and State of Kentucky have 
made ordained constituted and appointed and by these presents do make ordain constitute and 
appoint Buford LEWIS of the State aforesaid our true and lawful attorney and in our names 
but to our use to ask demand seek and recover and receive all and every part or parcel of 
the estate both real and personal of Henry LEWIS deceased, late of Madison County and State 
of Virginia (that is that part of the said estate which descended to John LEWIS being one of 
the legal Heirs of said Henry LEWIS after the said John LEWISS death descended to the Heirs 
of said John LEWIS which we are guardians for as will shew from a copy of the record, and 
upon payment or receiving the said estate or any part thereof for us and in our names to 
give acquitances and discharges for the same and the monies or estate so by him received 
immediately thereupon to pay over to us or our representatives or to our order; and further 
to do and execute all and every lawful act or acts needful for recovering receiving and 
Settling the estate aforesaid as fully and effectually to all intents and purposes as if we 
were personally present hereby ratifying and confirming whatsoever our said Attorney shall 
do or cause to be done according to law in or about the premises and to effect the purpose 
aforesaid . Our said attorney is hereby authorized to appoint and make any substitute or 
substitutes to do all lawful acts all whose actings and doing s touching (?) the premises we

Whereas Austin HALL did on 5 Sept 1811 deliver to Henry GENTRY  a Bond of which the 
following is a copy Towit:  Know all men by these presents that I Austin HALL of Bullitt 
County and State of Kentucky have bargained and Sold unto Henry GENTRY a certain tract or 
parcell Containing one hundred acres which claim to said land I do warrant and defend to 
him... the said Land lying and being the same which Henry GENTRY now lives and being part of 
two hundred acres conveyed by me and from William KING. .. I have herein set my hand and 
Seal this 5th September 1811.

for and in consideration of the premises Have conveyed to the said David E. TYLER  the said
