Deed Book G p. 392 Austin HALL, deputy Sheriff for James SAMUELS, Sheriff of Bullitt County and State of Kentucky of the one part and Noah C. SUMMERS of the same place of the other part. Witnesseth: That whereas there issued from the Clerk's office of the Bullitt Circuit Court on the 17th day of July 1832 an Execution #555 in the name of John MYERS against the estate of the unknown heirs of Luke WHEELER dec'd, John W. BERRY and his wife, Archibald DORSEY and his wife Elizabeth, and Nicholas DORSEY for the sum of Twenty eight dollars fifty three Cents - the cost of a Chancery Suit made returnable 8 Sep 1832 which was endorsed to be discharged in notes on the Bank of the Commonwealth of Kentucky which Execution came into the hands of said Austin HALL deputy sheriff and was by him levied on the right title interest and claims of the said Luke WHEELERS heirs John W. BERRY and wife, Archibald, Elizabeth and Nicholas DORSEY of in and to tract 3125 acres of land more or less in Bullitt County on the waters of Knob Creek the same track patented to Luke WHEELER by patent dated 23 March 1799 and which was sold according to law on the 20 Aug 1832 at the Courthouse door in the Town of Shepherdsville and no person bidding said Sheriff did Sell the Same to Said Noah C. SUMMERS for the Sum of Thirty dollars five Cents he being the highest bidder for notes on the banks as aforesaid endorsed... therefore the heirs of Luke WHEELER, John W. BERRY, Archibald DORSEY and his wife Elizabeth and Nicholas DORSEY do convey the said three thousand One hundred twenty five acres lying on Knob Creek. (signed) Austin HALL, D.S. James SAMUELS S.B.C.
