Robert Hall and wife to W.L. Harris

This Indenture made and entered into this 27th day of February 1892 by and between 
Robert Hall and Elizabeth Hall his wife parties of the first part and Wm L. Harris of 
the second part - all of the County of Bullitt and State of Kentucky, Witnesseth:  
That for and in consideration of the amount of $1500.00 Fifteen Hundred Dollars to be 
paid as follows, Wm L. Harris has this day executed his promissory note of even date 
for the sum stated above due the 14th day of December 1892 without interest for which 
the first parties hereby convey all their interest to the Wm L. Harris the following 
tract on parcel of land and bounded as follows towit:Beginning at and thru the bank of 
Salt River a corner to the old Givins Trace, thence up Salt River S 76E 16 poles to a 
stake at low water mark, thence N 5 E 4 poles to a Walnut; thence same course in all 
38 poles to a stake thence up a drain S 88 E 10 poles N 46 E 8 poles N 14 E 8 poles S 
71 1/2 E 13 1/4 poles N 12 E 15 1/3 poles N 85 W 3 poles N 6 3/4 poles to a stake in 
the mouth of a ditch; thence with the middle of the ditch N 8 1/2 W 22 poles N 13 1/2 
E 3 poles and 4 links to a Cedar N 10 W 14 poles to a old line, thence with the same S 
70 W 7 poles to a stone S 25 W 41 poles to a Blue Ash S 47 W 7 1/2 poles to a White 
Oak S 75 W 29 poles to an Elm S 16 W 28 poles to a Honey Laurel at the foot of the 
bluff, thence S 19 E 99 poles is the beginning containing 46 acres and 41 poles.  To 
have and to hold the above described boundary of land unto the said Wm L. Harris his 
heirs and assigns forever.  In Witness whereof the parties of the first part have 
hereunto set their hands and seal the day and year first written.
