13 Nov 1804  Bullitt Co. KY Deed Book B p. 7  GEORGE SLAUGHTER of Burben county, State of 
Kentucky of the one part and CLIFTON HALL of Bullitt County and State aforesaid of the other 
part.  Witnesseth that for and in consideration of the sum of fifty pounds current money of 
Kentucky to him in hand paid have granted bargained and sold a certain tract or parcel of 
land situate lying and being in the county of Bullitt on the waters of Floyds Fork being 
part of said SLAUGHTER’s survey of one thousand acres adjoining JAMES  MADISON.

State of Kentucky of the on part to JOHN HALL and JOSEPH VON  of Bullitt County and State 
aforesaid that for and in consideration of four hundred and twenty nine dollars current 
money of the United States to me in hand paid have given granted bargained and sold a 
certain tract or parcel of Land situate lying and being in the County of Bullitt on the 
waters of Cedar Creek being part of JOHN LARUE’s survey of twenty one thousand acres and 
being part of the land surveyed by DANIEL LANE... bordering the corner of HENRY SPEAR.

State aforesaid of the other part... that for and in Consideration of the sum of two hundred 
and fourteen and one half Dollars Current money of Kentucky in hand paid have given granted 
bargained and sold one certain tract or parcel of land situated lying and being in the 
County of Bullitt on the watres of Ceder Creek being and undivided moity of one hundred and 
Forty three acres purchased by the said HALL and VON of WILLIAM BROOKS dec’d on 20 
February 1817.
