Deed Book G p.123 Ruben NORTHERN and his wife Lydia of Bullitt County and State of Kentucky of the one part to Robert BELL and Samuel BELL of the County and State that the said NORTHERN and his wife Lydia do bargain, sell and Convey unto the said R. H. BELL a Certain tract or parcel of land lying situate in the County of Bullitt in the Town of Mount Washington being number Forty two in the plan of Said Town and is in the angle of the street leading from Shepherdsville to Shelbyville and the other from Louisville to Bardstown and extending in the Road from Shepherdsville to Shelbyville Two hundred and forty seven feet six Inches and a front of Eighty two feet six Inches on the Street or road leading from Louisville to Bardstown being the same lot of ground purchased by BLANDFORD at the Sale of lots in Said town of Washington and Conveyed to him by David R. Washington it being part of said GENTRY's 200 acre survey containing nineteen acres and a half and twenty nine poles more or less. Deed Book G p. 244 John HALL and Jane his wife of the County of Bullitt and State of Kentucky of the one part to William STEPHENS of the same County and State aforesaid... that for and in consideration of the sum of thirty dollars to him in hand paid have given granted bargained and sold a certain lot of land lying and being in the town of Mount Vernon and known in the plat as number forty Six being a part of the lot that the Carding machine now stands on... Beginning on Main Street where the road leading from Shepherdsville intersects the same and running with said street Eighty two feet six inches thence right angles one hundred and twenty three feet nine inches from there at right angles Eighty two feet six inches to the Sheperdsville Road thence with the Road one hundred and twenty three feet nine inches to the Beginning.
