This Indenture made this second day of March in the year of our Lord
one thousand eight hundred and ninety three between Permelia E. HALL,
N.Q. HALL Willard W HALL and Annie E HALL his wife parties of the 
first part and Richard F. OWEN party of the second part all of Bullitt
County Kentucky.  Witnesseth:  That the party of the first part for and
in consideration of the sum of five hundred dollars cash in hand the 
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged and one hundred dollars to be
paid on the first day of July 1893 and the remaining one hundred
dollars to be paid on the first day of March 1894 for which sum John B.
HALL has executed this note bearing even date herewith with interest
from date until paid.  said party of the first part retaining a lien
on land hereinafter described and when said note shall have been fully
paid and discharged them the part of the first part relinquishes all claims
upon said land by reason of the lien aforesaid, have granted bargained sold
and conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto the
party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever all the following 
described tracts of land situated in County of Bullitt and State of Kentucky
as follows towit:  One tract:  Beginning at corner on the Shepherdsville
and Mt. Washington Road of Joseph FISHERS land and running north with said 
FISHERS line to where W.L. HALLS land crosses with said FISHER line (at the
corner a roadway is to be named so that the said FISHER can pass to and from
his land commencing at this point) thence running north west with said FISHERS
line to the corner of Eliza OWEN land thence running south with Eliza OWEN
line to the Shepherdsville and Mt Washington road.  Thence east with said 
road to the beginning containing about 18 acres more or less.  One tract
beginning at the S.W. corner of Eliza OWEN land on the Shepherdsville 
and Mt Washington road and running west with said OWEN line to the corner
of Thos ALLERMAN(?) land thence south with ALLERMAN(?) line to corner of 
D.E.G. MORRIS(?) line continuing with said MORRIS(?) line to the Shepherdsville
and Mt. Washington road  thence east with said road to the beginning
containing about 15 acres more or less.  One tract beginning at the corner of
little lane between HALL and FISHER opening on the Shepherdsville and Mt
Washington road and running south with the west line of said lane and east
line of the Field known as the old BROWN(?) field to the south(?) line of said
S.E. corner of said field thence west about eighty feet with the south line of
said field thence running south with the east line of the old field and west line 
of timber land to the corner of Mothershead line thence west with Mothershead
line to corner of John H. HALLS land thence north with said J.H. HALLS line to
the Shepherdsville and Mt Washington road thence east with said public road
to the beginning containing about one hundred 100 acres more or less said three
tracts of land being part of land inherited by the parts of the first part from
John HALL deceased.

To have and to hold the said described land hereby conveyed to the party of the
second part his heirs and assigns forever and the parties of the first part bind
themselves to warrant and defend the title to said land against any or all claims
of any person or persons lawfully claiming the same.

In witness whereof the said parties of the first part have hereunto set their hands
and seals the day and date first above written.

I R.F. HAYS Clerk of the Bullitt County Court certify that the foregoing deed from
Permelia E. HALL N.Q. HALL Willard A HALL and Anna E HALL his wife to Richard F OWEN
was produced to me in the County aforesaid and duly acknowledged and signed and delivered
in my presence by the said Permelia E HALL, N Q HALL Willard W HALL and Anna E HALL
his wife to be their lawful act and deed
