KALFUS and George JENKINS of same... for and in consideration of the sum of twenty five dollars to him in hand paid does grant bargain and sell a certain tract or parcel of land, it being his individual fourth part of the tract entered and patented to R. D. N. MORGAN lying in the County of Bullitt containing thirty eight or forty acres more or less deeded by the said MORGAN to Jonathan GORE and from s’d GORE to John HOLSCLAW, H. F. KALFUS, George W.
