5 Dec 1804  Bullitt Co. Deed Book A2  p. 426  Thompson OVERALL and Mary his wife of the one 
part to Alexander HILTON of the other part, all of the County of Bullitt and State of 
Kentucky that for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred pounds Current money of 
Kentucky in hand paid have bargained granted and sold to the said Alexander HILTON one 
Certain tract or parcel of Land lying and being in the County Aforesaid on a Branch of the 
West fork of Coxes Creek it being part of a tract of two hundred and fifty acres entered 
in the name of Philip SPILLER and conveyed by Thomas WHITLEDGE to the said Thompson OVERALL 
and bounded by a Cherry tree in John OVERALLS Senr.'s meadow.. thence to a ridge corner to 
William OVERALL... thence up the Creek to a corner of WIlliam OVERALLS.
