We do hereby agree that William POPE junior and Michael TROUTMAN administrators of the Estate of Zadock 
HARRIS deceased shall this day assign to the widdow her dower and make sale of the ballance of the 
estate at twelve months Credit and we do hereby wave the necessity of an order of Court for the 
assignment of Dower and advertisment.    Witness our hands 
& seals this 18th day of November 1811.
