22 August 1835 Michael HORINE of the County of Washington and State of 
Missouri of the one part and Henry BEGHTOL of the County of Bullitt and State 
of Kentucky of the other part.  For and in consideration of the sum of One 
hundred dollars to him in hand paid by hath bargained and sold a certain 
tract or parcel of land situate lying and being in the County of Bullitt on 
the waters of Knob Creek being my part of a legacy coming to me as an heir 
out of the estate of Jacob HORINE deceased it being a part of the tract of 
land that Jacob HORINE resided upon with its appurtenances unto the said 
Henry his heirs and assigns forever.
