6 Dec 1832  Bullitt Co. Deed Bk. H p. 73 - Charles HALL of Bullitt Co. to 
Richard PRATT for and in consideration of one hundred dollars sold a tract of 
land lying in Bullitt Co. on the waters of Dutchman  Creek bordering land on 
which Charles HALL now lives where the same crosses CLARKE’s Spring Branch 
then down to Bull Branch to Orson SPARKS line and up Bull Branch to Matthew 
NELSON’s line and with his line to John PIERCE’s line to the corner of 
Charles HALL’s and Nathaniel CLARKE’s land containing about 50 acres.  Signed 
Charles HALL.  Witnesses: Edmund STRINGER & Austin HALL.  Recorded 19 May 
1834.
