BRIDWELL, James E. BRIDWELL and Emily his wife, and Barnett JEWELL and Susan his wife, late Susan BRIDWELL of the first part to Benjamin W. RIDGEWAY and Richmond RIDGEWAY of the County of Bullitt and State of Kentucky. Witnesseth That the said Presley JEWELL for and in Consideration of $215.50 and the said John P. BRIDWELL for the like sum of $262.50 and James E. BRIDWELL for the like sum of $215.50 and Barnett JEWELL and Susan his wife for the Consideration of Seventy dollars in hand paid granted bargained and sold the following Land and Slave. The said Presley JEWELL and wife sell their Interest being one Seventh of a Tract of Land of One Hundred and Seventy five acres of Land more or less, same interest Conveyed by Barnett JEWELL and wife to said Presley by deed recorded in Deed Book M p. 240, Bullitt County Court and the said John P. BRIDWELL and James E. BRIDWELL and wife sell their undivided interest in said Tract of Land and slave named Emanuel and the said Barnett JEWELL and Susan his wife sell their undivided interest in and to the Negro boy Emanuel this Land and Slave is the same property owned by Fielding BRIDWELL and in this County and the land lies on Floyds Fork and contains One Hundred and Seventy five acres more or less and is sold more or less. BRIDWELL all my right, title and interest to a certain tract or parcel of land bounded as follows lying in the head waters of rock Run ... beginning at SAMUEL's corner and running with his line...
