That for and in consideration of the sum of Two Hundred Dollars cash in hand paid assigns all the right and Interest to the said Susannah in the tract of land on which her father Fielding BRIDWELL lived and died in the County of Bullitt lying on the waters of Floyds Fork Containing about one hundred and seventy seven acres more or less - also her interest in the negro boy named EMANUEL and to the money due upon settlement of Patsy JEWELL, late BRIDWELL, dec’d.
