Deed Book D p. 307 Polly KING of the one part and Catharine CUNNINGHAM, Sarah FIDLER, Edmund CUNNINGHAM, William CUNNINGHAM, Frances CUNNINGHAM, James CUNNINGHAM and Polly CUNNINGHAM, heirs and Representatives of James CUNNINGHAM dec'd of the other part all of the County of Bullitt and State of Kentucky. Whereas Withers KING, now dec'd who was the father of the said Polly KING and Frances CUNNINGHAM, wife of said James CUNNINGHAM and who is the mother of the aforesaid heirs and Representatives did by his last will and testament devise the sale of the tract tract of land on which the said James CUNNINGHAM lived for the benefit of the heirs of s'd CUNNINGHAM who are his grand children - and also for the benefit of Mary and Polly KING by reference had to said will which is of Record in the Clerk's office of the Bullitt County Court ... now this Indenture Witnesseth that the said Polly KING in consequence of the love and affection which she bears to the said heirs of James CUNNINGHAM which heirs are the children of her sister Frances CUNNINGHAM and for further consideration of one dollar current money to him in hand paid she doth hereby released of the said James CUNNINGHAM's heirs all right, title and interest and claim to said land.
