Deed Book N p. 40 This indenture made between David ELLIBY and Elizabeth his wife and Nancy HUNT of the first part and John BRIDWELL of the second part... that for and in Consideration of one hundred dollars heretofore paid to the said ELLIBY and wife and of the note of the said BRIDWELL of this date for one hundred dollars payable to the said Nancy HUNT Twelve months after date with interest and to secure the payment whereof a lien is retained upon the property hereby conveyed. the firs parties do grant, bargain and sell unto the second party all right title and interest in sixty two acres and 18 poles of land lying in Bullitt County and Spencer County and conveyed to Nelson KING the father of Elizabeth and Nancy aforesaid by Henry MUSGROVE by deed duly recorded in Bullitt County. KY Court and yes, David's name is clearly spelled ELLIBY while Elizabeth name is clearly spelled ELLABY !
