HUNT and Nancy his wife and John BRIDWELL and Polly his wife, heirs and designs of Nelson KING dec'd of Bullitt County of the one part and Jas. C. JOHNSTON of the City of Louisville of the other part. That the parties of the first part hath this day granted bargained and sold unto the parties of the second part four fifths of a certain tract or parcel of land lying in Bullitt County and adjoining the lands of said part of the second part and bounded as follows: Beginning at a Sycamore tree & Water Beech corner to HUTSCLAW... then to the line of McCULLOCK's 1000 acre survey ... containing 95 3/4 acres more or less for and in consideration of the sum of Four hundred and fifty dollars lawful money to them in hand paid.
