Know all men by these presents that we JAMES WHITE and MARY WHITE his wife of Cooper County 
Missouri do by these presents appoint CHARLES LEE of Bullitt County Kentucky our true and lawful 
attorney for us and in our names to sell or rent all our Interest in the landed Estate of WILFORD LEE 
dec'd late of Bullitt County, Kentucky and to us left by said LEE dec'd.

Know all men by these presents that we MILES LEE and SARAH his wife of the County of Bullitt and 
State of Kentucky for and in consideration of the sum of two hundred and eighty dollars in hand paid have 
this day bargained sold and delivered unto RICHARD H. FIELD of the same County and State One Negro 
boy named GEORGE aged about seven years.  We warrant said boy to be sound in boddy and mind and a 
slave for life and that our title is good and valid.  Witness our hands & seals this 13th day of February 
1852.
