Deed Book D p. 429 Joseph LLOYD of the County of Spencer to Philip W. CRUME of same for and in consideration of four hundred and eighty dollars in hand paid do grant bargain sell and convey a tract or parcel of land situate in the Counties of Spencer and Nelson on the waters of Coxes Creek containing 80 acres more or less. Patsy LLOYD his wife hereby relinquishing her right of dower. Signed Joseph LLOYD and Patsey (X) LLOYD. Recorded 26 Oct 1833 in Spencer Co. Court. 20 Mar 1838 Spencer Co. Deed Book D p. 547 Williamson LLOYD and Fanny LLOYD of Spencer Co. KY to William HOPEWELL of same for and in consideration of the sum of seven hundred and twenty nine dollars in hand do grant bargain sell and convey a tract or parcel lying in Spencer Co. containing 10 acres, one Rod and seventeen poles, originally deeded to LLOYD by E. (Elijah) WIGGINTON. Also another tract of twenty one acres, one Rood and fifteen poles ebing part of the same land deeded by E. WIGGINTON. Signed Williamson LLOYD and Fanny (X) LLOYD. Recorded Spencer Co. Court 20 Mar 1838. 12 Aug 1840 Spencer Co. Deed Book E p 213 Thomas LLOYD of Spencer Co. to William B. MURPHY of TAYLORSVILLE for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred and fifty Dollars in hand paid hath granted, bargained and sold unto said William B. MURPHY on four horse waggon, five grown horses towit: one gray mare with a scar on her rump six years old, two gray horses one six years old and the other about eleven, one bay mare about nine years of age, one black mare with one eye out about six years old and one dark mare colt seven months old, four pair of waggon gear, twenty five head of hogs, twenty acres of corn standing in the field, one -----?, two feather beds, bedsteads and bedding and one red and white yearling heifer... but nevertheless upon the following condition towit: that whereas the said Thomas LLOYD now stands indebted to the said MURPHY in two several notes if the said Thomas shall well and truly pay said notes within six months then this indenture will be null and void. HUBBARD of Bullitt County, Kentucky to Joseph LLOYD of same.. . for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred dollars in hand paid... has granted, bargained and sold 10 acres of land on Salt River in the county of Bullitt. Signed Albert E. HUBBARD. Witnesses: Austin HUBBARD and L or J. D. PEACOCK. Recorded 19 March 1844 30 Jul 1825 he was drawing pension for Revolutionary War Service - He got a $96.00 Annual Allowance for service as a Private in the Virginia Line In his pension application he said that he had moved from VA to Kentucky in 1815 and at time of his application 4 Jul 1825 he was living in Bullitt Co. KY age 64 with a wife age 55 and children: Patty age 21, Alsay age 19, John age 17, George age 15, Lydia aged 12. Soldier was a school master. His death was given as 11 May 1848.
