12 Oct 1814  Bullitt Co. Deed Book C p. 208  Henry THOMPSON and Sarah his 
wife of the County of Bullitt and Commonwealth of Kentucky to Francis 
BLANDFORD of the County and State aforesaid.  For and in Consideration of the 
sum of two hundred dollars t them in hand paid have granted bargained and 
sold a certain tract or parcel of land containing one hundred and eight acres 
and three quarters by survey situated lying and being in the County of 
Bullitt on the head of Long lick Creek,

Pursuant to a Decree of the Nelson Circuit Court at the September term 1843  
in the name of Elias F. THOMPSON and Mary Margaret his wife, Elizabeth Jane 
BLANDFORD, Eliza Ann BLANDFORD and William Henry BLANDFORD, heirs of Charles 
BLANDFORD dec'd against Ignatious C. AUD and Nancy his wife formerly 
LEEWRIGHT heirs of John LEEWRIGHT dec'd appointing the undersigned 
commissioner therein to convey to the aforesaid heirs of BLANDFORD the 
following described tract or parcel of land as described in exhibit A in said 
suit towit:  Beginning at a walnut tree in  MUD'S line... Containing sixty 
five acres.  The undersigned as commissioners bargained and sold and did 
convey the described tract or parcel of land situate in the Counties of 
Bullitt and Nelson on the waters of the West fork of Cox's Creek.
