3 Nov 1852  Bullitt County KY Deed Book M p. 381  Meeker THURMAN and Hester 
Ann his wife and Felix CUNDIFF and Eliza Jane CUNDIFF his wife to John R. 
LARKIN (or LARKEN) all of the County of Bullitt, State of Kentucky.  For and 
in consideration of the sum of Two Hundred dollars in hand paid hath granted, 
bargained and sold a certain tract of land being one half of a parcel on the 
Rolling Fork of Salt River in Bullitt County being the same land conveyed by 
Samuel NEILL to Joseph REED by deed dated 17 Feb 1843 and Recorded deed Book 
K p. 119 the whole tract contains seventy five acres - the said Hester Ann 
and Eliza Jane being children of the said Joseph REED dec'd and this sale is 
subject to the dower right of Susan REED, widow of said Joseph REED deceased.
