7 Apr 1806  Bullitt Co. Deed Bk B p. 77  Thomas MIDDLETON and Nancy his wife 
of the County of Bullitt, State of Kentucky to Joseph HOSKINS of the County 
of Nelson, State Aforesaid... for and in consideration of the the sum of one 
hundred and eighty pounds to them in hand paid bargained sold, alien and 
confirm a certain Tract or parcel of Land in Bullitt County on the Waters of 
Wilson Creek a branch of the Rolling Fork of Salt River containing two 
hundred acres more or less.
