Witnesseth that NANCY MELTON for and in consideration of the sum of fifty dollars lawful money to her in hand paid has this day bargained and sold all her right and dower interest in that she has of in and to a tract of Land sold and conveyed by JAMES H. SNAPP or by Sheriffs Deed to WILLIAM J. BROWN of Bullitt County KY. The Tract of one hundred and fifty or Sixty acres Situate in the North West side of Floyds Fork in the County afs’d, and which dower Interest of said NANCY MILTON is said Tract of land laid off to her by NAT P. SAUNDERS & other commissioners at the Instance of said J. H. SNAPP and includes the dwelling house, out -houses and contains forty five or fifty acres more or less.
