KINNESON, Heirs of Henry CRIST, dec'd, Catherine CARTER, John SMITH and Mary his wife, John HARSHFIELD and Rachael his wife and James WELCH, heirs of Wm. WELCH dec'd and Napolean B. SMALL of one part by Noah C. SUMMERS, Commr. appointed by Bullitt Circuit Court for that purpose, to William WELCH of Bullitt County Ky of the other part. Witnesseth that whereas heretofore viz. on the 4 October 1850 in the suit in Chancery in the Bullitt Circuit Court in the name of Wm. WELCH agst. said Henry CRIST's Heirs - John MYERS Heirs - Wm. WELCH's Heirs and N. B. MALL the said Court did by its decree of that date order the said CRISTS & MYERS Hs. should convey of 441 acres, 2 roods and 14 poles of land described in the Surveyors plat made by L. E. SCHULTZ survey filed in the said cause, to said party of the second part, Wm. WELCH by general Warranty deed - and that s'd Wm. WELCH's heirs and N. B. SMALL should convey the same land to s'd Wm. WELCH by quit claim deed and that said John MYERS heirs should convey the land named in Exhibit H. filed in said Cause dated 10 Oct 1836 to said Wm. WELCH by general warranty deed - and said SMALL to convey the same land by quit claim deed to said Wm. WELSH the deeds to be made on or before 1st April 1850 an their failure to convey said Land, said SUMMERS was directed to convey for them. Therefore for and in consideration of the whole premises herein recited they the said parties of the first part have conveyed the said tract of 441 acres, 2 roods, 44 poles laying on Knob Creek, North side of Salt River, Bullitt County Ky... bounded by Wm. WELCHs fence, passing SMALLS & VAUGHNS on KENNEDY's corner... to a corner of RAYS and KENNEDY's old tract,,, passing Knob Creek to a corner marked W. W. in Luke WHEELER's line... to a rock and dogwood stump corner to Lewis MOORE's tract. Also said MYERS Heirs SMALL convey to said Wm. WELCH the tract of Land in said paper marked H. of date 10 October 1836 described as "All the land lying between the land in the bond of the original survey of said Wm. WELCH's tract where he lived in October 1836 and the survey now belonging to the heirs of Lewis MOORE also to contain the Ten acres where John SMITH lived. N.C.
