Witnesseth: That the said Peter MILLER Sr for and in Considerationof a bond this day executed by the said Jacob MILLER Jr to him the said Peter MILLER Sr and the sum of one dollar to him in hand paid before the sealing and delivery hereof the reciept whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath granted bargained and sold , and by these presents doth grant bargain and sell alien release convey and confirm unto the said Jacob MILLER Jr a certain tract or parcel of land situate lying and being on Knob Creek and its waters in said County and State, and Containing a supposed 254 1/4 acres and bounded as follows, towit: Beginning at a white walnut in the bank of Knob Creek ina line of William POHON'S 111 acre tract thence down said creek with its meanders S58 W18 Po S7(degrees) W20 Po(poles) S13 E 26 Po to the division line between said MILLER and Martin HARSHFIELD, thence with said division lines S 86 E 20 Poto a black walnut on the bank of Bayow thence with said Bayou S 2 W 42 Poles to a Sycamore, thence S 89 E 60 poles S 60 E 20 po N 80 E 24 poles S 32 E 94 poles S55 E 20 poles to two beech trees standing in a line of RILEY'S 7031 1/4 acre Survey thence with said line N 40 E 222 poles to two sugar trees and a white oak being one of RILEY'S original corners thence a straight line to a white oak and black oak one of the corners of HORINE'S 500 acre tract, thens with POHONS line to two white oaks Martin MILLER'S corner thence to the beginning. reserving and excepting out of said tract a tract conveyed by said MILLER Sr to George MONROE and a tract conveyed to Jacob DOOLIN and a small tract sold to DICKINSON, a reference to the deeds to MONROE and DOOLIN and a bond to DICKINSON is made to shew the boundary and quantity of said tract herein excepted and not conveyed or intended to be conveyed hereby. To have and To hold the said tract or parcel of land and appertenances with the exceptions and reservations aforesaid unto him the said Jacob MILLER Jr his heirs and assigns and to his and their only proper use benefit and behoof forever warrant and defend the said tract of land and appertinances herby intended to be conveyed to the said Jacob MILLER Jr his heirs and assigns from the claim or claims of all persons claiming the same by from through or under him and giving said Jacob MILLER Jr the right and claim which said Peter holds on Martin HARSHFIELD to refund $140 in case that part of said tract which is within the lines of HORINES Survey should be lost. In Testimony whereof the said Peter MILLER Sr hereto sets his hand and seal on the day and yar before Written his Syned Seal & Deliv in Presence of Peter X MILLER (seal) mark State of Kentucky Bullitt County Court Office 27th December 1834 This indenture was this day produced to me in my office and acknowledged and delivered by the said Peter MILLER Sr the grantor therein named to be his act and deed for the purposes therein mentioned and the same is thereupon truly recorded in my Office. ATT Noah C SUMMERS Clk Deed book H, pages 133,134 This Indenture made this 27th day of December 1834 between Peter MILLER, Sr of Bullitt County and State of Kentucky of one part and Jacob MILLER Jr of the same County and State of the other part Witnesseth: That the said Peter MILLER Sr for and in consideration of a bond this day executed by the said Jacob MILLER Jr to the said Peter MILLER and One Dollar to him in hand paid before the Sealing and delivery hereof this reciept whereof is hereby acknowledged hath and by these presents doth grant bargain and sell and deliver unto the said Jacob MILLER Jr all the horse creatures, hogs, Cattle, sheep and all the farming utensils consisting of Axes, hoes, plows & Gun which are now on the plantation of the said Peter and this day conveyed by him to the said Jacob Jr and again all being estimated at the price of One Hundred and four Dollars. To have and To hold the above dispursed property to him the said Jacob MILLER Jr his heirs and assigns forever hereby Warranting and defending the said Property to the said Jacob MILLER Jr his heirs and assigns from the claims of all persons claiming the same In testimony whereof the said Peter MILLER Sr hereto sets his hand in seal in the day and year before Written Done in the Presence of Peter X MILLER (seal) his mark State of Kentucky Bullitt County Court Office 27th December 1834 This deed of Conveyance was this day presented tome in my Office and acknowledged by the said Peter MILLER the grantor therein named to be his act and deed and the same is thereupon truly recorded in my office ATT Noah C Summers CBCC Know all men by these Presents that I Jacob MILLER Sr of Bullitt County and state of Kentucky am held and firmly bond unto Peter MILLER Sen in the penal sum of five hundred Dollars to which Payment will and truly to be made I bind myself my heirs _____ firmly by these presents sealed with my seal and dated this 27th day of December 1834 The Conditions of the above oblegation is such that whereas the said Peter MILLER Sr has this day conveyed to the said Jacob MILLER Jr his the said Peter MILLER'S Plantation and land on Knob Creek and all the horses, cattle, sheep, hogs and farming utensils in said farm and a gun. Now if the said Jacob MILLER Jr shall give to the said Peter MILLER Sr and his wife a sufficient support with the aid of his brother John MILLER Jr until the said John shall arrive at the age of twenty one years and then convey to the said John MILLER Jr one half of the land Conveyed to the said Jacob on Condition of said John's then giving his bond to assist in supporting the said Peter MILLER Sr and wife during their lives then the foregoing obligation to be void else to remain in full force and Vested in law Done in Presence of Jacob MILLER (seal) State of Kentucky Bullitt County Court Office 27 December 1834 This bond was this day produced to me the clerk of said Court in my Office and acknowledged by the said Jacob MILLER Jr to be his act and deed for the purposes therein mentioned and at the reuest of Covenantor & Covenantee the Same is truly entered of record in my Office ATT NC SUMMERS BCC
