Deed Book L p. 12 Elijah MILAM and Ann A. MILAM his wife to Thomas W. RILEY, all of Nelson Co. KY for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred and two dollars to them in hand paid... do hereby sell and convey a certain tract or parcel of land in Bullitt County, KY on Cedar Creek, South Side of Salt River... the tract first conveyed by patent to William ALLEN by the Commonwealth of Virginia dated 19 Jul 1787 and it is understood that as to interference with the lands of Elisha SIMMONS, William W. SIMMONS and John S. SIMMONS and Sophia WITHERS, the said MILAM and wife hereby intend to make a quit claim title and no more. signed Elijah MILAM and Ann MILAM Recorded Bullitt Co.
