KY Deed Book B p.19 Peter NEWKIRK and Polly his wife of the County of Jefferson and Commonwealth of Kentucky to William NEWKIRK, Richard NEWKIRK and Isaac NEWKIRK of the County of Bullitt and Commonwealth aforesaid. For and in consideration of the sum of one Dollar to him in hand paid doth give grant bargain and sell an undivided part of a tract or parcel of land situate lying and being on the waters of Salt River, County of Bullitt containing 372 acres conveyed by deed and recorded in the County Court of Bullitt County by Benjamin NEWKIRK & wife to Peter NEWKIRK dec'd father of Peter aforesaid, Peter Newkirk died seized and possessed of his Estate and dying intestate the same aforesaid Peter NEWKIRK became entitled according to law to an equal undivided ninth part of same with the other children and their descendants of said Peter Newkirk dec'd¦. KY Deed Book B p. 20 Benjamin NEWKIRK and Alisy his wife of the County of Bullitt and Commonwealth of Kentucky of the one part to William NEWKIRK, Richard NEWKIRK and Isaac NEWKIRK of same. For and in consideration of the sum of one Dollar to him in hand paid hath given granted bargained and sold his wife's ninth and undivided part of a tract or parcel of land lying and being on the waters of Salt river in the County of Bullitt containing 372 acres being part of Richard JOHNSON's survey conveyed by deed and recorded in the county court of Bullitt by Benjamin NEWKIRK & wife to Peter NEWKIRK dec'd and of which said Peter NEWKIRK died seized of and dying intestate the same aforesaid Benjamin and Alisy his wife being entitled according to law to an equal ninth as descendants of the said Peter do make over same to William, Richard and Isaac NEWKIRK.
