State of Kentucky of the one part to William POPE of Jefferson County of the other part that 
the said Benjamin NEALE for and in consideration of Locating a certain tract of land of one 
thousand acres for Joseph NEALE which is acknowledged has made over and conveyed a sertain 
parcel of land Situate and lying in the County of Bullitt ... Beginning at three beeches and 
sugar tree on the bank of Salt River 37 Poles above the mouth of Whitakers run...
