GRUBB of same... for an in consideration of the sum of one hundred and fifty dollars in hand paid ... have granted, bargained and sold eighty five acres of land in Bullitt County on the waters of Floyd’s Fork. Deed Book F p. 281 John OSBURN and Rachel his wife of the County of Bullitt, State of Kentucky to Jacob YODER of the County of Spencer, State of Kentucky ... for and in consideration of the sum of sixty dollars to them in hand paid do hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey a certain tract or parcel of land in Bullitt County that the said OSBURN now lives on containing twenty seven acres and one half.
