This deed made and entered into this the 12th day of September, 1945 by and between R.F. Owen, single,
party of the first part and Bullitt County party of the second part.

Witnesseth:  That for and in consideration of the benefits to be derived from construction of a road
over his to himself and to the community at large, the said party of the first part does hereby sell,
transfer and convey to the party of the second part, its successors and assigns the following described
tract or parcel of land lying and being in Bullitt County, Ky.

Beginning at a stake in the property line of Mike Brumley and running thence S. 70 3/4 E. 1257 feet to
the property line of R. S. Proctor.  The land herein conveyed being a tract or parcel 15 feet from the
center line on each side of said line and is for the right of way for a county road.

This being a part of the same land conveyed to R.F. Owen on the 25th day of May, 1910 by W.F. Bobbitt,
deed to same recorded in Deed Book No. 42 Page 172 Bullitt County Court Clerk's Office.

To have and to hold the same unto the party of the second part its successors and assigns forever with a
covenant of general warranty.

In testimony whereof witness the hand of the party of the first part this the day and date first herein
above written.

I, Lindsay Ridgway, a Notary Public in and for the state and county aforesaid do hereby certify that on
this day the foregoing deed from R.F. Owen to Bullitt County was produced to me in the aforesaid county and
state and signed and acknowledged by R.F. Owen to be his act and deed.
This the 17th day of Sept. 1945.
My commission expires on the 10 day of Nov. 1945.

foregoing deed was produced to me in my office and lodged for record.  Whereupon I have duly recorded the

1946.
