I, R.F. Owen, hereby name, constitute and appoint my daughter Ruth Cox, as my attorney in fact and in my
name, place and stead to sign any check or other paper and she may receive and receipt for any money due me;
she is authorized as such to sign my name to any papers or documents and transact any business that I
can transact and anything done by her pursuant to the authority granted herein shall have the same force and
effect as if done by me personally.
