This contract made and entered into this 12th day of February, 1953, by and between R.F. Owens, first part
and A.L. Cox, second party, all parties of Bullitt County, Kentucky;

The first party hereby lets and rents unto the second party the 0.9 acre tobacco base on his farm 4 1/2
miles east of Shepherdsville on Highway 44.

First party agrees to furnish all fertilizer used in said crop, furnish garden spot and pasture for two
cows one heifer and one pony and second party may continue to occupy house with first party.

The term of this lease shall be one year.

Second party agrees to pay as rent one half proceeds from sale of tobacco raised on said base.  Said
payment of rent shall be made to first party on day of sale.

In testimony whereof witness the hands of the parties this day and year first herein written.
