C. OWEN, John W. OWEN, Mary M. GENTRY and Lewis M. GENTRY her husband, Lewis Q. OWEN, N.H. OWEN and Laura F. OWEN his wife, George M. OWEN, Richard F. OWEN, Charles OWEN (minor) and Simeon Bluford OWEN (minor) of the first part and Sarilda OWEN of the second part all of Bullitt County Kentucky Witnesseth: That the parties of the first part in condsideration of eighty dollars paid and to be paid as follows, Eight dollars and 88 8/9 cents cash in hand paid to John W. OWEN and the balance due and payable twelve months after date with six per cent per annum interest from date until paid the parties of the first part have granted bargained and sold and hereby sell convey and deliver unto the said Sarilda OWEN her heirs and assigns forever with Covenant of General Warranty all their undivided eighth interest and claim in and to the real estate of Felix OWEN decd _____(?) by him at his death situated in the County of Bullitt and State of Kentucky on Wales Run and supposed to contain 144 acres be the same more or less and being the land on which said Felix OWEN lived and died and on which the party of the second part now lives and adjoining the lands of N.H. OWEN on the north Susan WHEELER and John Wesley OWEN on the east by SHOWALTER and the heirs of Gamaliel OWEN on the south & Wm. MOTHERSHEAD GENTRY & GRIGSBY on the west. The first parties as grand children of said Felix OWEN and as children of Gamaliel OWEN dec own by inheritance an interest in the estate of said Felix OWEN decd which is hereby conveyed of all the heirs that are of age and they hereby bind themselves that the minors Charles OWEN & Simeon Bluford OWEN shall acknowledge when of age To have and to hold the same unto the said Sarilda OWEN her heirs and assigns forever Witness the hands of the first parties this the day and date first above written. OWEN his wife & R.F. OWEN and Lewis Q. OWEN parties thereto to be their act and deed and on the 5th day of February 1884 the same was again produced to me and acknowledged by William C. OWEN a party thereto to be his act and deed, and on the 9th day of February 1884 the same was again produced to me and acknowledged by George M.
