Deed Bk P, p 71, 72 OVERALL; BLAKEY; SAMUELS; STONER This Indenture made and entered into this 15th day May 1861 between Clayborn OVERALL and Hiram OVERALL and Sarah OVERALL is wife of Hardin County and Noel OVERALL and Asa B. OVERALL of the County of Nelson of the first part and John OVERALL of the County of Hardin of the second part and all of the State of Kentucky Witnesseth That whereas John OVERALL now dec'd by his last will and testament now of record in the Nelson County clerks office divised all his landed estate to his five sons, viz, Clayborn OVERALL, Hiram OVERALL, Noel OVERALL, Asa B. OVERALL and John OVERALL and they have mutually agreed on a division of said lands and now by these presents for and in consideration that the said John OVERALL has this day conveyed his interest in the other lands of Said John OVERALL dec'd a part to Clayborn OVERALL, a part to Hiram OVERALL, a part to Noel OVERALL and a part to Asa B. OVERALL and for the further consideration of One Dollar to us the parties of the first part in hand paid by the said John OVERALL we the parties of the first part have this day and by these presents bargained, sold, aliened and conveyed to the said John OVERALL the party of the second part all our undivided interests of Four fifths in and to the following tract of land near the West fork in the County of Bullitt State aforesaid and bounded as follows Beginning at a white oak and black oad stump in original corner and runnint thence S 72 W 219 poles to a stone thence N 13 ¼ W 157 poles to a large poplar and two chestnut trees thence N 31 ¼ E 90 poles to a stone marked J O thence N 4 W 282 poles to a White Oak marked H J O thence N 46 ¼ E 72 1.4 poles to a stone near an Iron wood, thenceS 44 ½ E 220 poles to a stone inside of Buckeye fence, thence S 48 ½ W 443 poles on poplar, thence s ___ E 46 ½ poles to the Beginning lands containing 2412 acres more or less. To Have and To Hold the said tract of land unto him the said John OVERALL his heirs &c forever and we the parties of the first part do covenant to and with him the said John OVERALL the party of the second part that we have goos title to four undivided fifths of said land and that we have good title will warrant and defend the title to the said four undivided fifths of said tract of land unto him the said John OVERALL his heirs &c against ourselves and our heirs and against the claim or claims of all other persons whatever and the said Sarah E. OVERALL _____ her right of Dower in and to the same. In testimony whereof we the parties of the first part __________ hereunto set our hands and seals this data above written Clayborn OVERALL Noel OVERALL Hiram OVERALL Asa B. BLAKEY clerk of the County Court for the County aforesaid do certify that on the day of the date hereof the foregoing deed was produced to me in my office and acknowledged by Clayborn OVERALL, Noel OVERALL, Hiram OVERALL and Asa B. OVERALL parties thereto to be their act and deed which is hereby certified to the proper office for record Given under my hand this 15th day of May 1861 B. L. SAMUELS clerk of the County aforesaid certify that on this day this deed was produced to me in said County and acknowledged and delivered by Sarah C. OVERALL wife of Hiram OVERALL party thereto to be her act and deed all of which is certified. Given under my hand this 11th day of June 1861 W. F.
