6 Nov 1820  Bullitt Co. Deed Book D p. 336  THOMAS DAVIS of the County of Hardin and 
State of Kentucky of the one part to ANDREW POTS of the County of Harrison and State 
of Indiana of the other part that for and in consideration of the natural affection 
that he the said Thomas beareth to his sister LUCY POTTS doth give grant and convey a 
certain tract or parcel of land lying and being in the County of Bullitt and State of 
Kentucky on Salt River Containing by Survey one hundred acres being part of a nine 
hundred acre tract entered in the name of ROBERT DAVIS and patented to the said THOMAS 
DAVIS bearing the date 6 November seventeen hundred and eighty seven  bounded by  the 
bank of Salt river and JOHN TULY’s Corner.

State of Indiana of the one part to MORRIS ORM of the County of Bullitt and State of 
Kentucky  of the other part... that for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred 
and sixty dollars in hand paid hath bargained and sold  a certain tract or parcel of 
land containing one hundred acres lying and being in the County of Bullitt on Salt 
River and being the same tract that is deeded tot he said POTTS from THOMAS DAVIS.
