Guardian Eli STONE appointed by court 18 Jul 1822. p. 395 Assignment of dowry of Sarah LAPSLEY now the wife of Eli STONE by James PORTER, Spence MINOR and Henry L. MINOR. Dowry amounted to $1107. Value of three slaves. 19 May 1823 Nelson Co. Will Bk D p.539 Ignatius CLARK, heirs - Guardian Account. Heirs mentioned are Edward, Catherine, Helen, Hillery and Ambrose CLARK. Acct. given 19 May 1823 by Guardian Allemeasier CLARK. p. 540 Clement CLARK - Inventory April Court 1823, Ordered William WAKEFIELD, James HARROD, James PORTER and Samuel HERRIN or any three be sworn as Appraisers.
