15 Aug 1808  Nicholas B. PORTER and Nancy his Wife of the County of Nelson of 
the one part to Seth KING of the County of Bullitt, of the other part... for 
and in consideration of the sum of Sixty pounds current money of Kentucky to 
them in hand paid... have given granted, bargained and sold unto the said 
Seth KING a certain tract or parcel of land situated lying and being in the 
waters of Dutchman in the County of Bullitt... Beginning at the Iron Woods in 
William KING's line .. to have and to hold the said fifty acres .
