22 November 1804  Bullitt Co. Deed Book A2  p.376  Lewis ROBERTS of the County of Bullitt 
and state of Kentucky of the one part to Elisha DODSON of the County of Williamson and State 
of Tennessee of the other part.  That for and in consideratoin of the sum of Five thousand 
Dollars to him in hand paid have given granted bargained and sold a certain tract or parcel 
of land containing five hundred and fourteen acres be the same ore or less being a moiety of 
one thousand and twenty eight acres and three fourths of an acre conveyed by  William MABANE 
to the said Lewis ROBERTS by Deed bearing date 7 July 1788 Situate lying and being in the 
County of Williamson and State of Tennessee on the Waters of West Harpeth (?) & bounded by 
William MABANE/MABANA South West corner ... to a conditional line between said DODSON 
and James BLUFORD Sr.

for his partnership if any) his heirs and assigns or the responsibility of his assignees of

I think this is probably the same  LEWIS  ROBARDS who m. HANNAH WITHERS WINN 9 Nov 1793 in 
Mercer Co. KY - ROBERT MOSBY surety.  Lewis is around Harrodsburg & early Mercer Co. from at 
least the mid 1780's on.
